Playwriting Portfolio

While earning my B.A in Communications, I also minored in English (Theatre). During that time, I was a member of the Marist Theatre Guild. I was fortunate enough to take part in a major production (Legally Blonde), but I also learned a lot about playwriting, and have found a passion for it. 

This play was written as my final for Playwright Workshop (ENG 310L). The parameters for this play were that it must be one act, and has to be able to be performed in ten minutes. The premise of this play is the last ten minutes of a black teens life (hence the title), capturing the swiftness and shock of police brutality incidents in America.
